During my recent stay at Greencity Hotel, I was impressed by its central location. It was conveniently situated near the main road and various dining options, catering to both local cuisine and fast food. The room was spacious enough and kept clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided reserved parking spaces in front of the lobby and free parking coupons, although it was limited. However, the security guard offered great assistance in ensuring the safety of our vehicle.

Particularly good, unbeatable location in Sungai Petani, close enough to highway access, affordable eateries, and shop, food, clinics and PLUS highway. Also, in the centre of town. Nice building and rooms with breakfast included.

The stuff was professional and amicable. I had an a double room and it was a nice size with breakfast included. The hotel was in a strategic and absolutely perfect location, in the shops lot area. Also, I was at a short distance from Wesley Methodist Church.

Lastly, the hotel's location is strategic, right in the heart of the building. It may not have windows, but it ensures a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The staff were excellent, especially the Chinese lady receptionist and the night shift receptionists. They were kind, helpful and quickly fulfilled my requests, such as additional pillows. The hotel provided a convenient water dispenser and mineral water in the room. The elevators were fast and clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bed and a good shower. The hotel also provided essential amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Can't fault the property in any way.
